Most of all we are looking for freelancers who want to build something of their own, and we give them the room, the booking system and the visibility for it. Whatever grows out of that is yours.
FareWell ist ein Kosmetikstudio am Frauentorgraben, wenige Minuten vom Nürnberger Hauptbahnhof. Bei uns arbeiten bereits mehrere Selbständige unter einem Dach, jede und jeder mit eigenem Fach, eigenen Preisen und eigenen Kund:innen. FareWell is a beauty studio on Frauentorgraben, a few minutes from Nuremberg main station. Several freelancers already work here under one roof, each with their own craft, their own prices and their own clients.
Ein Ort für Menschen, die ihr Fach lieben oder sich ernsthaft dafür interessieren, und die einen Platz brauchen, um daraus etwas Eigenes zu machen. A place for people who love their craft, or are seriously curious about it, and who need somewhere to turn it into something of their own.

Wir erwarten den echten Willen, etwas Eigenes aufzubauen: eigene Handschrift, eigene Kund:innen, eigener Name. Kein Abarbeiten fremder Vorgaben. We expect a real will to build something of your own: your own signature, your own clients, your own name. Not working through someone else’s instructions.

Wir sind ein kleines Team und teilen uns die Räume. Das heißt kurze Wege, echte Absprachen und Rücksicht aufeinander statt Schichtplan von oben. We are a small team and we share the rooms. That means short paths, real conversations and consideration for each other rather than a rota handed down from above.
The deal is the same for everyone here, whether cosmetics, massage, yoga, dance or aesthetic medicine: we provide the place and everything around it, you bring your craft and your idea.
Which windows we have opened: three lanes sharing the week. Almost all of them are free at the moment.

Open for
The grid shows open time windows, not bookings. Cosmetics and aesthetic medicine are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and on Saturdays from 08:00 to 17:00. Beyond that, the room is open for massages from 08:00 to 22:00, because it is not tied to the cosmetics opening hours. Yoga and dance need music, movement and space, so they sit outside treatment hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 09:00 and from 19:30, on Saturdays from 18:00 and on Sundays at any time.
Every lane has its own window, and no lane owns the day. Cosmetics hold the core, massage reaches beyond it morning and evening, courses use the edges and Sundays. Which hours apply to your position is spelled out on the individual role page.
Worth understanding: these are windows we open, not hours in which somebody is already working. With a single exception they are all free at the moment. Whoever claims a window has it: first come, first served. And just as easily, a slot can be claimed by another course or another freelancer. One rule applies in favour of quiet: as soon as a massage or an injection treatment is booked with you, no yoga or dance class can take place at the same time. Treatments come before noise, not the other way round.

Groupon costs you nothing upfront and takes a large cut in return. Two examples from the Groupon calculator, based on a price of €70:

The ratio stays the same whatever your price is: roughly 55% of what is paid ends up with you, so about €49 on a €90 treatment. Estimates, rounding possible. “You get” is the amount after VAT and it goes to you in full; Groupon’s share includes fees and VAT.
Fast alle Positionen sind freiberuflich und folgen demselben Deal, nur das Handwerk ist ein anderes. Die Ausnahme: Die Stelle für blinde und sehbehinderte Masseur:innen gibt es auch als Festanstellung. Almost every position is freelance and follows the same deal, only the craft differs. The exception: the role for blind and visually impaired massage therapists is also open as permanent employment.

For massage therapists, medical bath attendants and physiotherapists who are blind or visually impaired: a dedicated page that answers the practical questions directly. Employed or freelance, both are open. View the role
